How Do You Take Care Of A Wool Rug?
A wool rug is made from New Zealand wool, an all-natural material. Though free from synthetics, it’s prone to gradual wear-and-tear. To combat this, rotate the rug every three months. This will avoid uneven fading. Vacuum as needed, suction only. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight. Also, avoid pulling loose yarns as tempting as it may be!

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement if available. We may require photos of the item and packaging to process your request.
Returns for Other Reasons If you wish to return an item for any other reason, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be properly re-packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will inform you of the return shipping fee before proceeding.
- The return package must be shipped within 14 days of your original delivery date.
