Please note, there may be the occasional mark or pin hole where the ceramic has dried unevenly. This is due to the baking method involved in the manufacturing process of this vase and is often the case with ceramic goods. All vases are individually made so there can be variations between them. Please note, any products in the matte oatmeal finish may appear a little uneven in areas. This is the finishing technique for this colour and does not mean the product is faulty.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or replacement if available. We may require photos of the item and packaging to process your request.
Returns for Other Reasons If you wish to return an item for any other reason, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be properly re-packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will inform you of the return shipping fee before proceeding.
- The return package must be shipped within 14 days of your original delivery date.
