Subscription Memberships Our subscription membership is a biannual plan including two shipments of curated consumer assortments. All ranging from lifestyle, home decor and self care products. The subscription plan is also subject to our General Furnish by Isabey Interiors Inc. terms and conditions.
Membership Renewal Our subscription membership automatically renews. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you agree to and acknowledge that each subscription will automatically renew, and you will continue to be charged unless the membership is cancelled or our Furnish support team cancels, terminates or suspends it.
Cancellation Policy Subscription Memberships can be cancelled only after first box purchase, subject to the following terms and conditions. Your subscription box must be cancelled by the 30th of the following month after the current season's box has shipped. For example, the Fall Box is shipped out on October 15th every year, so in order to cancel the next box, you must cancel by May 30th. In order to process a cancellation of the subscription membership you must email us at [email protected] and explain that you wish to cancel your subscription. There are no cancellation fees. Once you have passed the cancellation time frame window we cannot provide you with a refund for pending payments or already processed payments.
Biannually Billing The Furnish Subscription Box is billed on a biannual basis. $199 CAD plus shipping and handling biannually will be charged to your card. The first subscription box charge will be processed on day of signup. Afterwards, charges will be processed 6 months following your latest box purchase. The subscription box is only available to Canadian residents. The shipping cost may vary due to factors determined by our third party shipping carrier. The cost of shipping will be added onto your biannual charges.
Shipping We use a third party shipping carrier to ship all of our subscription boxes. Furnish by Isabey Inc is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen shipments. We are no longer liable for the package once it has left our facility.
